Nike Cup players
This is all the players for the Nike Cup.Firstly is me myself,second pic,Faris and Nafis,third pic,Rizal(red tee) and Rudy,forth Izzul Islam and lastly Ruzaini.Yay we won the tournament and we make it to the next round and that is the final round.Although we versus with a difficult team we still can beat them.For the second last game I suddenly collapse because both of my legs were cramp.I was dribbling the ball than suddenly fell down and I can't move,legs were cramp =.= I hate cramps,but this time the cramp was damn pain and I never felt this pain before and it's both legs that were cramp.So far I experience cramp only on one leg but this time both.The cramp really kill me,muscle were like popping out of my leg I was so shock.Paramedic rescue me haha and yah spray this and that and I don't know what are they spraying but it's very cooling.It took very long time for my cramp to cool.The paramedic told me I never do some stretching but I did it.So they ask me."Did you get enough sleep yesterday"? I answered "No,I just had 3hours of sleeping,I watched World Cup lahh" The paramedic was like "Ouhhhhh no wonder lahh you got cramp" They said I nvr had enough sleep that's why I get cramp.So for the last game I didn't play.So after the "Operation" was done hah,Izzul carried me and we watched our last game.Although my legs were not fully recovered I tried to walk but the pain is still there.Last game draw 0-0.But we make it to the final baybeh!!!So game was over,I walked back to the First-Aid booth and there it goes again,My cramp is back but this time more worst It spread to my thigh and seriously It was more painful than having cramp on legs.Paramedic rush up and they did their "Operation" again.So everybody was back home except for my team only.So the paramedic send me and my team to the MRT station taking a ride on an ambulance because from the place to MRT station was quite far and we need to walk there.Precisely I can't walk so they send us there.Woahh first time ah ride on an ambulance.Macam jakun sia hahaha.Reached at MRT station headed to Jaypee and had our lunch at Banquet and everobody Home Sweet home.Now my legs were not recovered yet but now I'am having sore throat,runny nose,coughing and fever.Haiyyy I think it's the weather yesterday that make me feel sick rite now sobsob
